Introduction
If you are moving Seehawk Touch to a new tablet, you can transfer your license by reactivating it on the new device. This article explains the steps to install the correct version and activate the license using your Activation ID.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
- The new tablet with Seehawk Touch installed
- The same version of Seehawk Touch that is installed on the old tablet
- Your Activation ID or IDs
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Confirm the app version
On the new tablet, verify that the same version of Seehawk Touch is installed as on the old tablet. If needed, update or reinstall the app before continuing.
Step 2: Open the license menu
Launch Seehawk Touch on the new tablet, then press the Overflow Menu. Select the License icon to start the license activation process.
Step 3: Select device-based licensing
Choose Device-Based as the license type.
Step 4: Enter the Activation ID
Press the icon with the key symbol, enter the Activation ID, and then press Activate. Repeat this step for every Activation ID listed.
Step 5: Confirm activation
After all IDs are activated, open the License control and confirm that all features are displayed.
