- Description of the damage
- Whether the unit still powers on
- Whether the connector is bent, loose, broken, or missing
- Whether the issue occurred during use, shipping, setup, or maintenance
Do not ship equipment until PCTEL Technical Support confirms the appropriate repair or RMA process.
After review, support will confirm whether the unit should be sent in for repair evaluation, calibration review, or another service path.
