SeeHawk^® Collect Quick Start Instructions

Quick Start Instructions are intended for initial setup of SeeHawk Collect software. Please refer to the SeeHawk Collect Help File, located within the SeeHawk Collect application, for detailed operational directions.

Included in your SeeHawk Collect package:

• Printed SeeHawk Collect Quick Start Instructions
• USB that contains SeeHawk Collect software application, product key information .txt file, README file, Installation Procedure, drivers, Export File Format document, product Release Notes, and SeeHawk AutoExport. SeeHawk AutoExport is a separate, free Windows® application that automatically exports test results in .dtr or .csv file format. Additional equipment, including SeeGull® scanning receivers and related accessories depend on specific purchase orders and are not automatically included.

SeeHawk Software Setup:
Internet access is required to activate the license.

• Uninstall any previous versions of SeeHawk.
• Connect USB to laptop or device via USB or micro USB port.
• Run SeeHawk installation wizard by double-clicking Setup.exe
• Run setup for VCP Driver, located: (E) > PCTEL VCP Device Driver 2.1.1.0 > VCPx64 > Setup.exe
• Run setup for MX Driver, located: (E) > SeeGull MX Driver > MX winusb driver> installx64 > DPinst
• Laptop or device must be connected to Wi-Fi in order to activate SeeHawk license.
• Product Key (type all characters including dashes):   Run the SeeHawk Activation Tool, located in the: PCTEL RF Solutions Group > SeeHawk Tools folder. Internet access is required.  Enter the product key and press Activate. Refer to the SeeHawk Installation Guide for step by step details.
